ReturnsYou must return your items within 7 days from the day you receive your package. Please DO NOT simply send your return package back to us without notifying us via e-mail first, return steps are below. MANKAN only allows store credit or an even exchange ONLY if the items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that ALL online returns must be processed via our Customer Service Center via e-mail and not at our stores.

– Original shipping charges are non-refunable 
– Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the E-Gift Card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
– E-Gift Cards never expire and is provided in U.S. Dollars.

E-Gift Cards, Sale Items, Jewelry, for obvious hygiene reasons: Cosmetics, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Undergarments, Shoes (only for exchange in size if NOT worn), and any form of Lingerie.
  
Want to return your item? Here are some easy steps:
1. Please e-mail lv.mankan@gmail..com with “RETURN” followed by your Order Number as the subject, ie: “RETURN #1012”
2. In the body of the e-mail, please let us know the item you are returning by the Item Title (ie: “Eli Dress”), the reason for your return, and we would be happy to help you.
3. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages will not be given return credit.
